Imbalance as in, "those are not healthy statements," or imbalance as in one of them is more of a weighted statement than the other?

Hearing about someone's bad day doesn't obligate you to fix said bad day for them.

There's a tone of passive-agression or sarcasm. If anyone said that to me, I think I'd nod and silently decide not to talk with them anymore for anything serious. I wouldn't want them to feel like my time with them was burdensome, or open myself up for future doormatting.

Having someone ask about problems doesn't obligate you to tell them.

Having someone tell you about their problems shouldn't obligate you to do anything (except maybe listen).

Just because someone voices a problem, doesn't mean they're looking for or want a solution.

Hmm ... unless this is my spouse addressing me (in which case it is simply true), this is a person who wants too much out of a friendship with me. This is someone who doesn't know what it means to mind their own business, and is likely to be a major pain in the ass, prone to well-intentioned meddling. If I heard those words coming from an acquaintance, I'd keep my distance for good!
