Yes, in order to break this thing, they had to (in order): sit on it, drop it while jogging, drop it twice while riding a bike, drop it from 9 feet, run over it with a car, then run over it AGAIN, and finally drop it from a height of 40 feet.

That makes the iPod nano tougher than most wristwatches. Now if only there was a way to make good sounding headphones that tough.

What you really need is the "wait for Breakpoint's cell phone to drop out in the middle of a call to his girlfriend and quickly swap it for the iPod Nano" test.

My Kyocera has actually survived the gut-wrenching impacts of being hurled into both a solid wood door and straight into asphalt with my best fastball pitch, feats for which it is allowed to live.
