Yeah, it hurts like bloody murder. I can't sleep, of course. Blood constantly streaming from the mouth. Et cetera. What's funny is that the pain is tolerable as long as I concentrate on it. If I distract myself with other stuff, like television, or reading, or whatnot, my jaw starts to burn.

The damn Vicadin just gave me a splitting headache.
