Too much "Stuff" is bad.
The corollary: "Stuff" is okay, "Crap" is bad. Figure out which is which.
And the Second Law of Stuff: Most "Stuff" is "Crap".

Out go the videos we never watch, the books we never read, the clothes we never wear. Time to scan the papers we leave around, sample and compress the audiotapes, donate all the tech gear we don't use, et cetera. If we're ever going to move to a new place, we should leave behind the detritus.

Pretty cool, actually. I started reading because I had remembered you talking about your Shabbos dinners, and I was in the mood to do something like that. In looking, I couldn't find a good way to search or display ALL entries in one list, so I started reading through them today.

It was interesting. I started reading around May 2002 (I think, during your Carlsbad IHOP episodes), so entries before that were new to me. A few people have told me they'd done something similar with my blog, so I thought I'd tell you. It was just about like catching up with a friend you haven't seen in a while =)
