Unfortunately, it looks like I'm going to be taking off this evening for Carlsbad ... I have to babysit the small, loud, fuzzy dog, and move some electronic equipment around.

Just got an apt off Garden Hwy. I love my roomate but he has been driving me batty for the past two years...I am happy to leave.

A piece at a time ... I have this dream of owning property -- a starter-house, to be exact, something I can qualify for as a first time buyer. But first I need to find local work, because my telecommuting job down in Irvine is not enough to qualify for a loan on. :/
