Can't remember if we had one at work, but we did have those at my high school a couple of times. I did have a workplace shut down for three days so that we could all be educated about 1950s-1970s spy tactics, though.
No bowties, but lots of "watch out for those one-night-stands," and other more subtle social-engineering tricks, at least from what I remember. As best I could tell, we were on a work-freeze because of a security breach, but for some reason (maybe because of security-clearance level?) they said they couldn't teach / warn us about *current* spy tactics, so they could only talk about what was more-or-less common knowledge already. Vague memories, though; it was a long time ago.
