garoteSo I listened to DJ Toasty's DDR Megamix the other day, while driving out of Sacramento.
I just could not believe what I was hearing. As the first minutes pound by, you think this music is merely bad, but it piles musical and taste violations one on top of another so relentlessley that it punches through the event horizon of badness and sucks you into some free-falling space-age cataclysm of hyperreal disco-techno brain damage.
By the time I hit "Boom Boom Dollar", I knew something odd was happening. By the time I heard "Captain Jack" introduce himself and start yelling the lyrics to "In The Navy", I was in the throes of it. I screamed out loud in the car, "Holy shit, what the hell is going on with this music? Am I actually hearing this?!"
Wow. Good job, DJ Toasty. This CD will be in my car player for a long time. >:)
