MMMMMmmmm tough call. I'm thinking from 14, 19 and/or 20. You're probably adjusting them as I type this.
Also (I'm sure you're aware of this but) don't forget that most CD burners will give you an extra 8 seconds or so on top of the 74 minutes. It's handy :)
And it has to be 20 tracks, and fill EVERY SECOND OF SPACE, and they all have to be recorded direct to tape with no overdubs, well maybe not that last one :)
