Well, it took 'em long enough, but they finally upgraded the iPOD.
Anybody want to buy a Creative Nomad II with 192 megs of flash-RAM, and a deck of four rechargeable batteries, plus wall charger? Headphones included?
Paid $200 for it altogether. Asking $100.
In other news I installed a Linux server today. SSH and SSL, FTP, WWW, GNOME, and Windows File Sharing. Still plenty to do in order to make it ship-shape and ready for development, but the basics are there. It's sitting in the other room, sans monitor. Got my telnet window open to it from here.
Had some interesting thoughts on the drive home. I've written three letters and thrown them all away ... perhaps what I need to do is compose a speech, and narrate it.
