garoteWas going to go to bed, but read a journal entry, then posted a reply, then suddenly got a reply to that.
So I wrapped up in a sweater and my old blue bathrobe and walked outside with the celphone, and got in the car. I wanted to be able to talk with a free voice, and not wake anybody up. I pushed the passenger seat back. I dialed a number. Watched the rain cascade down the windshield while hearing a warm voice tell it's tale of woe.
Good thing I'd charged the battery, it was almost gone by the time I hung up.
Now I am quite tired, but glad for the conversation.
