Date: 2009-04-04 02:12 am (UTC)Very cool. My direct cultural experience of this "I want a pony" thing has really only recently taken place. I never wanted a pony as a young girl, never knew anyone who wanted a pony, had never seen a pony in real life.
I've been so puzzled as to why so many men in suits and ties wanted ponies.
