Interesting. Connections and meeting people, learning & growing. Learning is my prime motivating force aside from survival, I think, and I'm coming to some of the same realizations as you at nearly the same time, but 100% independently. I now own multiple properties, I own multiple businesses, and yet I'm only just figuring some of this out. I'd be doing far better in my businesses if I had learned it earlier, but I am glad I'm learning it now rather than never.
It seems strange that I've missed it all these years. Actually, I'm sure I knew, on a logical level, but at the same time, I never APPLIED that knowledge, and therefore never really KNEW.
