Nothing like a late-night luggage loading session in your kickass electrified van to prepare for a vacation!
We seem to have accidentally packed enough snacks to feed another three or four people. We'll be up in Sierra City through Sunday afternoon, so if any of you weekenders want to come visit, you're more than welcome to stay with us and help chew through our snacks.
We'll be at the RV park in the middle of town.
If you're tough or just crazy (like me), join me on the Big Hike. I'll probably do it Friday this year. Here's an email attachment I threw together in 1999 for a mass emailing I did back then. Note the hi-larious MapQuest coloring and the cheap font Photoshoppery.
