NOW NOTHING WORKS

GODDAMN FUCKING WINDOWS

I launch VIRTUAL FUCKING PC, and five minutes into the session, DLLHOST CRASHES.
That's SIGNAL #00001 that I've just been infected with a FUCKING BLASTER VARIANT
GOD DAMN MOTHERFUCKING FUCK-FUCK AND THE FUCKS, PLAYING LIVE, TONIGHT, IN MY FUCKING FACE.

Breakpoint (12:18:48 PM): "Oh, I've gotten nailed by that shit a few times. I'm not even sure this machine is clean at this point. Was it the emulator or the real OS that got infected, by the way?"
Garote (12:19:28 PM): "*cough*"
Breakpoint (12:19:50 PM): "Oh, you ran this on a Mac?"
garote (12:19:58 PM): "yeh."

Now that's what I call EMULATION

it was, like, step 1:	turn on DHCP

Just installed NAV a while ago. Since DLLHOST WAS INFECTED AND DEAD, it refused to auto-update the virus definitions. So I downloaded them manually and installed them. It found the virus. DLLHOST.EXE of course. And deleted it.

NOW NOTHING WORKS.

It's a good thing I have the whole drive image backed up on DVD.
But on some level, this is really hilarious.
The OS, as it comes out of the box, the box they sell you off the shelf from Redmond, GETS CANCER the second you take it online.
