i'm currently on a ferry from terschelling to harlingen, both of which are in friesland, the north part of the netherlands. you should have seen the bikes and people with all their camping crap packed on them that got on the ferry! i think one thing you should do is bike around the netherlands, especially all of the wadden islands up here in friesland
