The plumbing + sink collapse story is even funnier to me the second time, though it was pretty darn funny and surreal the first time. Definitely please come upstairs and check the epoxy on the bathroom there - I'm not sure we have supports under the sink either, and the epoxy is visibly dried and peeling/cracking.
